Hello, and welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker and speaker. I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, grief, challenging life transitions, and emotional regulation difficulties — starting wherever they are in the moment.

I specialize in two highly effective and evidenced-based treatment approaches: EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as Tapping), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). My goal is to help you release emotional pain, process trauma, and work through negative life experiences. Let's work together to get you on a path to healing and recovery. I also speak to large groups and businesses about how to use EFT tapping in daily life to manage stress to have your peak performance.

I also have extensive experience as a school social worker, where I gained knowledge about 504 plans and IEPs, which can be a confusing process.  My specialties include, but are not limited to:

  • Chronic Stress

  • Trauma

  • Phobias

  • Life Transitions

  •  Women's Issues

WHAT TO EXPECT

We implement effective psychotherapy methods to instill self-understanding among patients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings toward life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the patient and caretaker alike. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results.
